What to expect at the door

Four small things that make a first visit easy.

Step 1: Wear plain clothes
A t-shirt and loose pants. The uniform comes later, and the belt goes on last.
Step 2: Arrive early
Ten minutes is plenty. The front desk will show you where to put your bag.
Step 3: Shoes off, then a bow
Shoes stay at the door. A quick bow at the doorway says you are in.
Step 4: Watch, then join
Stand at the end of the line and follow along. Questions are welcome between drills.
